肴Ate: Tilapia with Egg Yolk Pickled in Soy Sauce

Egg sauce over rice is a Japanese spirit
It might be unusual for foreigner to eat low eggs, but almost of Japanese likes egg sauce over rice (Tamago kake gohan), which is mixing low eggs with rice. Here is an easy recipe using low egg yolks go with Sake.

 

肴Ate: Tilapia with Egg Yolk Pickled in Soy Sauce

[Ingredients]
・2 egg yolks
・Soy sauce
・1/3 of Izumidai (Tilapia) Fillet

[ Method ]
1. Separate the eggs & put the egg yolks into a small bowl.
2. Pour soy sauce until middle of the egg yolks
3. Keep it in fridge for 1 or 2days

[ 2↓3 (The looks also changes like this) ]

4. Slice Tilapia, and dress it with the sauce

Our recommendation
We recommend drinking Kizakura Yamahai Jikomi with this dish. It matches both lightly food and thickly food. The amino acid of the sake make the taste more mild with raw fish.
