肴ATE : Agedashi Tofu (Fried Tofu)
[ Ingredients ]
・Seaweed soup stock
[ Method ]
1. Cut the Tofu into cubes, and dust them with potato flour
2. Fry the whole surface of the Tofu with vegetable oil in a pan until crisp
3. Serve the fried Tofu to a bowl, and pour the Seaweed soup stock diluted in boiled water
*Put some chopped spring onion and grated radish as toppings
