Regular soy sauce is manufactured using soy beans and wheat, tamari soy sauce is made using 100% soy beans. Because of many proteins, it is characterized by high umami ingredients. Because the rich flavour, it is often eaten with sashimi. However, it can be used for soups, sauces, dressings and stir-fries; even you could taste the depth that can be applied to the gravy. In fact, tamari soy sauce is one of versatile condiment.
When first tasted "salty", it is so rich and mellow, just put a little bit, remarkably brings ingredients flavour.
Even though it is also gluten-free tamati soy sauce, and it gives you more fragrant flavour than regular soy sauce. Since the bottle has been approved and posted a mark as a gluten-free product, please notice them on the bottle.
