The Japanese have a set phrase that is often heard in summer, “Cold ramen season has begun!” and now, it can be now heard here in Melbourne!

With increasingly hot days, summer has finally arrived for us in Melbourne!

As it seems that people don't work up as much of an appetite in summer, how about trying some refreshing cold noodles at Kokoro Ramen?

The daily handmade ramen noodles are topped with simple and fresh toppings which include: roast pork, shredded egg, cucumber slices, paprika and red ginger.
