Ate肴: Grilled Chicken Giblet (YAKITORI)

Summer! Beer! YAKITORI!!!
Yakitori is a Japanese style of skewered chicken. It goes with beer so well in hot days in summer. We have prepared an easy recipe using one of cheaper chicken, “chicken giblet”.
You will be addicted to the chewy texture in your mouth, and you will not look for other taste!

Ate肴: Grilled Chicken Giblet (YAKITORI)

[ Ingredients ]
・Chicken giblet
・Spring onion
・Salt & Pepper
・Lemon
(as much as you want)

[Method]
1. Cut the chicken giblet into bite-size pieces.
I recommend with the skin, but if you don’t prefer, you can cut them off (the picture on the right)

2. Skewer the chickens and chopped spring onions, and sprinkle salt & peppers

3. Put on a tray, and grill in a 200℃ oven for 15minitues

5. Garnish with lemon and serve.

Our recommendation

We recommend this Yakitori with Echigo Beer Koshihikari Rice Lager. ECHIGO BEER is Smooth, Dry & Crisp flavoured premium quality Rice Lager made from Niigata grown rice “Koshihikari”, malts & hops.
