Adam Liaw, 2010 Master Chef winner is joining forces with the best brands in the Japan Tourism industry to showcase the magnificent destination and Mecca of divine degustation – JAPAN. The tour is designed to give a much needed boost to an ailing tourism industry that is recovering from the March 11 disasters that directly affected the north eastern coast of Japan but has reverberated across this large nation and led to a massive decrease in tourist numbers even though most of Japan's main sightseeing spots are no where near the disaster struck area.
Adam will host this gastronomic journey that will take participants from the Japanese north island of Hokkaido to the southern regions of the main island of Honshu visiting some of the most spectacular scenic sights and indulging in the most amazing culinary delights that the land of the Rising Sun has to offer.
The culinary experience begins in Sydney when clients board their Japan bound Qantas Flight seated in *business class* and treated to their Neil Perry inspired meal, the journey continues for 16 glorious days of luxurious comfort in Hilton Hotels, Japanese traditional inns, first class bullet train travel, privately chartered luxury coaches and visits to the restaurants of the legendary *Iron Chefs Hiroyuki Sakai* and *Kenichi Chen*.
