2011 Iron Chef Event in Melbourne

JTB Australia Events Department is proud to announce it is organising the 2011 Iron Chef Event in Melbourne.

Date & Time: 18 & 19 June 2020 18:00 – 22:00
Venue : RACV City Club, Melbourne-L17 Event room.

– The "Kings of the Iron Chefs" – Iron Chef French Mr. Hiroyuki Sakai and No.2 ranked Iron Chef Chinese Mr. Kenichi Chen will collaborate with event venue Executive Chef Mr. Mark Normoyle to create a six course degustation menu complemented by matching wines, all served up with a side dish of Japanese slapstick humour in the tradition of the original Japanese Iron Chef program. The menu will showcase fresh Victorian produce including seafood, meat and carefully selected wines.

This event is the latest in a series of popular (Japanese) Iron Chef Events that have previously been held in Sydney.

Holding the event in Melbourne will give locals a taste of what Sydneysiders have been fortunate enough to experience in their city four times in the past several years!
The Iron Chefs are very excited about this opportunity to display their talents to a brand new audience in a city famous for its food culture and appreciation of world class food and wine events.
 

A series of promotions will be held in the lead up to the events including chances to win tickets to the main events.
